On Saturday Jason had to work so I took the kiddos to Smithville to visit a good friend of mine Debbie. We also stopped by to visit with Granny and PaPaw before we headed home. Traveling with three babies is not as bad as you think. It was actually pretty easy (They are great little travelers). I got the babies up at 7am like I do every morning. I feed them, got them dresses and loaded up the car and we left the house by 8:30am. We got to Smithville around 10am and we went to visit with Debbie and her kiddos Daucie and Trip. I had not see her little ones since I went on bed rest back in April. They have grown SO much. All of the kids were too cute!! All five of them were decked out in there UT grear. While I was at Debbies we also got to visit with Howard who brought us BBQ from Zimmerhanzels for lunch.

4 Month Check Up
The babies had their 4 month check up yesterday. Dr. Ho was very impressed with the babies. They have grown so much since he had last seen them. Aiden weighs 11 lbs 2 oz and is 23 3/4 inches in length (25th percentile for height and 5th percentile for weight). Landon is 11 lbs and is 23 1/2 inches (25th percentile for height and 5th percentile for weight). Cooper is 12 lbs 8 oz and is 23 3/4 inches (25th percentile for height and 25th percentile for weight). They all made it on the charts which means that they are catching up to where they need to be!!! Our babies are 3 1/2 months old, but only 4 weeks old gestational age. The babies were born 7 weeks early. The original due date was August 14, 2009. Although they were born early, they are right where they need to be developmentally. They are doing everything that a 4 month old baby should be doing. Since they were preemies the were expected to be a little behind, but I guess I have very determined babies because they have not only reached the developmental milestones for a four month old baby, they are doing things that a 5 and 6 month old should be doing. Our babies surprise us daily!!! Dr. Ho was very impressed on how well they hold up there head and how well they interact with you. They all three got there four month shots and all took it pretty well. Cooper and Aiden cried for a few seconds. Landon SCREAMED, but not for very long. He is for sure my little sensitive one.
Dr. Ho told us at our two month check up that at four months he wanted us to start feeding them solid foods. He decided that since there reflux is so bad that he now wants us to wait until they are six months old. He said that they are gaining weight really well on the formula so he is not worried about them at this point. They do get cereal in there bottle at each feed and have been since they were six weeks old.
The babies slept for 9 hours last night!!! YAY!!!

Another visit to Austin.
I took the babies to Austin last week. We stayed at my moms house from Wednesday to Friday. My mom (Mims) came back with us on Friday and stayed through the weekend. While we were in Austin my good friend Casey came over to visit with the babies. Casey and I actually went to daycare together when we were little. We have been friends for a LONG time and I am glad that she finally got to meet the babies and spend the day with us.

Pictures from September
I have been a bad blogger! I still have pictures that I wanted to post from September. Between sick babies and Jason working crazy hours, I have not had time to post pictures. So here are some of the pictures from the end of September.

Granny and Aiden

Granny and Aiden
About a month ago we figured out that my cousin Robin lives about 2 miles from me. Her and her daughter Audrey have been coming over to play with the babies. They are so great with the babies and I think my little boys are in love with Audrey.......especially Landon. He really loves when she comes over. He just sits there and smiles and talks to her the entire time she is here.

Two down...One to go
Aiden finally rolled over today!! So we are just waiting on Landon. Cooper started rolling over on September 16th. At first I thought it was just an accident, but he did it two times. It scared the crap out of him the first time he rolled over and he started to cry. I don't think he really knew what happened. The second time he rolled over he just laid there. Good Job Aiden!!!!!!

What Next??
Aiden and Landon are having major reflux issues again. We finally have Coopers under control. They have been waking up screaming in the middle of the night and the occasional projectile vomiting after feeds. Dr. H first increased there dose of Reglan and that did not seem to work so he added another medication called Bethanechol to the other two medications that they are already taking and changed there formula. We will try this for a week and see how is goes.
The babies woke up from there nap yesterday with a fever (ALL THREE OF THEM). I called the Doctor's office and by the time he called me back it was 5:30pm so it was to late to take them in. He seems to think they have a virus and said that unless there fever gets over 101 then we should just keep giving them Tylenol and let the virus run its course.
We were supposed to take there three month pictures today, but since they decided to get sick on us we had to cancel until next week.
