Aiden is sick again!!!

Aiden has had a fever for the past three days so today our pedi. decided he wanted to test him for the flu and do some blood work. Dr. Ho asked if we could come in at 12:30. Jason was at work and I was by myself with the trio. It was either come in at 12:30 or wait until Monday. Since Aiden had 101.6 fever this morning I just decided that I was going to take him in today. It was my first trip out with the babies alone. It was not bad at all. I pushed two babies in the double stroller and carried the other in there carrier. When you have three babies you just have to do what you can when situations come up. Cooper and Landon were SO good!!!! We were in the Dr office for about an hour and they just sat there and talked (cooed) at each other and played with there toys hanging on there car seats. If they were older I would have taken them to Toys R Us and bought them a toy!!! :) Aiden does NOT have the flu and his blood work came back ok. Dr. Ho said that he probably just had a cold and if the fever does not go away by Sunday to page him so that they can run more test.

Also we have new weights on the babies.

Landon and Aiden--------- 12 pounds 2 ounces
Cooper -------------------- 13 pounds 12 ounces

We just went to the Dr. for there four month check up two and a half weeks ago. Aiden gained exactly1 pound, Landon gained 1 pound and 2 ounces and Cooper gained 1 pound and 3 ounces

Aiden, Landon and Cooper are 4 months old

Wow...the babies are 4 months old already. Where did the time go? Life with triplets is beginning to get MUCH easier as the babies get older. We were always told the first year would be really hard, but it was actually only the first three months. Jason and I pretty much cannot remember much about those three months. The babies are now sleeping 12 and a half hours straight each night. We put them to bed at 7:30pm and they do not wake up until 7:30am the next morning. It is getting so much easier and a lot more fun as they are getting older. They change on a daily basis. It seems like every day they learn something new.

About the babies....................

The babies love to watch Barney in the mornings. I love watching them talk to the TV and when they start singing on Barney they will coo and sing along with them. It's the cutest thing in the world!!! They also started talking to each other and they have some pretty serious conversations. They are SO sweet to each other........I just hope they stay that way!! They are no longer in Newborn clothes. I switched out their 0-3 month clothing for 3-6 month about three weeks ago. They are all rolling over and trying really hard to scoot. They are little bubble makers!!! They love to blow bubbles and drool all over the place. There hands are there new best friends. They will look at there hands and even have conversations with them, but most of the time the hand is in the mouth. They also love to grab stuff and stick it in there mouth. I put a baby wipe on the couch next to Aiden and the next thing I know he has it in his hand and he is chewing on it. So we now have to watch what we lay by them. They are SO much fun and I am so lucky that I am able to stay home with them. It's great to be able to watch them grow and learn new things each day.
