Aiden

Aiden is now completely off of the oxygen machine. He is breathing 100% on his own!! This is such a HUGE improvement for this little guy. He ate from a bottle for the first time on Sunday, July 5, 2009. He is now eating 19ml at each feeding. Aiden did an amazing job eating from the bottle for the first time. We were all so proud of him. He has not had go back to the feeding tube since his first bottle feed. We are hoping that by the end of the week that he will be able to get rid of the picc line that is in his arm. As long as he continues to eat from a bottle and the nurses can continue to increase the amount he is eating at each feeding, he should be IV free like his brothers by the end of the week. Aiden is now 4 lbs, 1.8 oz. We are SO proud of Aidens progress!!!
